Doug Davis was once a very tubby 215 pounds. Over the course of 100 days he worked to get fit, and it worked. Now down 20 pounds he is still working on making it even better!!

    I live in Merrickville and I am looking at taking up triathlon training (I was a former marathon runner 30 yrs ago). Like you I need to lose weight, get fitter etc.

    If you wanted to do some indoor biking rides this winter or outdoor runs or whatever let me know.

    Like you I am looking at starting a blog in order to keep me honest.
